New partnership between Star Physio and Velofit Australia
Jordan’s background as a cyclist and experience as a massage therapist, with the backup of Perth’s leading cycling physiotherapy and bikefit clinic in Star Physio makes the partnership between Velofit Australia and Star Physio a perfect fit. Velofit is a Perth based cycling team headed up by former professional cyclist Matt Upton and well known Perth cyclist and coach Mel Robinson. They have an elite mens’ and womens’ team as well as a stable of aspiring cyclists of all levels under their expert guidance.
The new partnership with Star Physio will bring a new level of support to Velofit and its athletes with professional bikefit using the Gebiomized bikefit system – the same system used by Tour De France winners Team Ineos and quadruple stage winners Mitchelton Scott! If you don’t know about this system, check out http://starphysiowa.com.au/bikefit/ . Apart from providing unparalleled accuracy in position for efficiency and performance, it is also the only system in Australia to analyse saddle pressure and stability for comfort and injury prevention.
Injury prevention and management.
