Mix it up, don’t worry about heart rate, RPE, time and distance, but get just a bit of exercise 5 out of 7 days in a week. Enjoy a walk on the beach, a splash in the ocean, a jog around the park or a ride to the coffee shop. Just move, and your body will reward you.
