Star Physio are proud to now offer Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics at both our West Perth and Mosman Park offices.

Clinical Nutrition is the scientific approach to choosing the appropriate diet and foods for optimal outcomes, whether that be weight loss, athletic performance or to help you get through and recover from surgery in the best possible shape.

Jemma Watson has over 20 years experience in the health industry with double degrees in both Clinical Nutrition and physiotherapy. Her particular area of passion is pre and post surgical optimisation. She works closely with some of the best surgeons in Perth including the team at Perth Orthopaedics.
