Try and keep up a bit of strength work! Keeping strong has one of the most powerful injury prevention benefits of anything you can do. Mix it up, don’t worry about heart rate, RPE, time and distance, but get just a bit of exercise 5 out of 7 days in a week. Enjoy a walk on the beach, a splash in the ocean, a jog around the park or a ride to the coffee shop. Just move, and your body will reward you.
